Westfield London, the pioneering shopping and leisure destination, is an innovative and dynamic place for a new generation of consumer to shop, to eat, and to meet.

Aspirational, yet inclusive, it is an architecturally stunning showcase for 5 anchor stores: Debenhams, Next, Marks and Spencer, House of Fraser, Waitrose and over 300 luxury, premium and high street retailers from more than 15 different countries. 80 percent are fashion-focused with over 700 fashion brands including over 40 luxury brands housed within the beautiful, boutique-style environment, The Village.

The complex also benefits from a 17-screen state-of-the-art Vue Cinema and Gymbox fitness club.

In 2016, Westfield London attracted footfall of 27.3 million and achieved retail sales of £996 million.


New transport links make Westfield London one of the best connected shopping destinations in Europe. Four underground stations provide on average a tube every 5 minutes, an overland station will get you from Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction to Westfield London in under 10 minutes, and two bus stations provide, on average, a bus a minute. Cycle bays, secure pedestrian routes and 4,500 car parking spaces directly beneath Westfield London complete the transport picture.


Westfield London has embarked on a £600 million retail expansion, targeted to launch in March 2018. The extension will consolidate Westfield London’s position as a world-leading retail and entertainment destination, featuring the best in fashion, dining, leisure, events, services and technology with the customer experience at the heart.

The expansion will continue to prove attractive to international and UK retailers seeking flagship stores, building upon the £1 billion retail sales that the centre currently generates.

On completion, Westfield London will comprise around 450 shops across 2.4m sq ft of lettable area providing a digitally enhanced customer experience for 39 million annual visitors.

The further investment in Westfield London, opening less than 10 years since first launch, is testimony to the strength of the centre and its market together with the demand for retail space from luxury and high street brands looking to house their flagship stores.
