Bradford ranks in the top 10 UK centres for potential new retail development according to CACI and the Broadway development will transform the City’s retail and leisure offer by creating a mix of more than 70 fashion, food, and leisure brands.
The Broadway is expected to open in Autumn 2015 and excellent progress has already been made on leasing with more than 50% of the scheme committed including major pre-lets to Top Shop/Top Man, River Island, Boots and Sainsbury’s.
